Governor Jerry Singson reported to the people of Ilocos Sur through the State of the Heritage Province Address, highlighting the remarkable achievements, ongoing projects, and future plans for the province.

As part of the event, the Provincial Government launched the Ilocos Sur: My Tobacco Province, a coffee table book that reflected the past years’ success while envisioning a brighter future for Ilocos Sur rooted in the enactment of RA 7171. This book served as an appreciation to Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson for his significant role in transforming Ilocos Sur into ONE Great Province.

Unveiling of the RA 7171 An Act of Four Scenes Photo Exhibit was also conducted.
