The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur provided the people with meaningful opportunity to showcase their diverse talents and skills thru the Festival of Talents Day 2. Competitions conducted were Photography, Digital Poster and Choir.

Governor Jerry Singson thru Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda congratulated the winners and participants.
