The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur’s Siglat Festival 2024 Festival of Talents Day 1 showcased the aptitude of the youth and encouraged their competitive spirit while being united in the goals of promoting the province’s culture and tradition. Spoken Word Poetry, Sine Siglat, and Quiz Bee were the competitions conducted on the first day.

Acting Governor Hon. Ronnie R. Rapanut opened the festival and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda awarded the plaques, cash prizes, and medals of the winners.
