Know that the Provincial Government will always support all your causes,” the Governor’s message for UST Medical Mission Inc., and Special Commission on Relief and Education (SCORE) Team who facilitated the five-day One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan held at Narvacan District Hospital and Santa Central School.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur sponsored the Governor’s Night as an appreciation to all the medical teams led by UST Medical Mission Board of Director Dr. William Olalia, SCORE Medical Missions Chairman Dr. Richard Paat and Head of Ophthalmology Medical Mission Inc. Dr. Roseny Mae Singson.
