Members of the Ilocos Sur Medical Society led by their President and former Provincial Health Officer Dr. Carmeliza Singson thanked Governor Jerry Singson for the portable sound system and invited the Governor to their Induction of ISMS new set of Officers that will be held on 25 July 2024.
