The Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) launched eGov PH Super App and eLGU system in Ilocos Sur this 24 June 2024 at the Vigan Convention Center.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson represented by SPM Leopoldo Gironella, other local chief executives and representatives of local government units welcomed the program that would enable citizens to access various government services through a mobile application by affixing their digital signatures to a commitment wall.

The eGov PH Super App and eLGU system essentially provides people with the access to an online one-stop-shop that offers a variety of national and local government services such as applying for passport, driver’s license, clearances, certifications and other permits.
