The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the City Government of Vigan have partnered with Starkey Hearing Foundation, UST ENT Doctors, Anargyroi Foundation, and the family of Ms. Mimel M. Talusan conducted the first-ever hearing mission in the province. Three hundred recipients with hearing problems benefitted from the said mission.
