Governor Jerry Singson signaled the start of the One Ilocos Sur Tour 2024 in front of the Provincial Capitol this 29 June 2024.
The tour is a two-leg route covering:
Cervantes – Vigan
“We are setting an example especially to our youth that through hard work and dedication, they can achieve their dreams. Let us cheer for every cyclist here today, for they represent the spirit of Ilocos Sur – strong, determined, and united.” The Governor during the opening program.
