Governor Jerry Singson attended the Partners in Service Appreciation Night of the Rotary Club of Vigan led by its president, Dr. Ernesto Tagorda, Jr., on 26 June 2025. During the event, the club recognized and celebrated the accomplishments and contributions of its members and partners.
