Ilocos Sur has set the CHAVIT Coliseum for high-level volleyball action as it brings the Premier Volleyball League on Tour 2025 this 22-23 2025. This is the first-ever sporting event in the newly-inaugurated coliseum.

On the first day of the tournament, Cignal HD Spikers swept Akari Chargers getting a hot start in the tournament, 25-23, 25-14, 25-23 during game 1. The player of the game is Erika Santos with 14 points.

For game 2, Creamline Cool Smashers booked the spot after a three-set win against Capital1 Solar Spikers, 25-10, 25-21, and 25-10. The player of the game is Michelle Gumabao-Panlilio with 11 points.
