The municipality of San Esteban prepared special dishes exclusively available during the Kabaybayan Festival, highlighting the fresh and delicious catch of San Esteban’s waters.

Governor Jerry Singson graced the event along with Congressman Kristine Singson-Meehan, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Mildred Elaydo, Gina Cordero, Ben Maggay, Candon City Mayor Eric Singson, Sta. Lucia Mayor Joseph Simon Valdez, and former Narvacan Vice Mayor Fayinna Zaragosa.
