The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur established a Kadiwa ng Pangulo at the Provincial Library Grounds, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, this 10 April 2025. This program helps the farmers and MSMEs sell their produce directly to the buyers without any layers to ensure cheaper trading prices.
