The Ilocos Sur Community College held its 3rd Technical Vocational Graduation Rites at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center last 18 March 2025.

Governor Jerry Singson in his message, urged the graduates to be productive. “We will continue forging partnerships, creating opportunities, and guaranteeing that your skills translate into real and meaningful careers. So go forward with confidence. Dream big. Work hard. Make an impact. Ilocos Sur believes in you. The future is yours to build.”

SPM Ronnie Rapanut also attended the graduation rites.
