In commemoration of the 66th Public Library Day, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted a Story Telling anchored to the theme: “Public Libraries in Action: Blueprint of an Empowered Community this 13 March 2025.”

Interactive Story Telling was administered by Governor Jerry Singson, represented by SPM Christoper Baterina to the students of Bantay West Integrated School, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

The activity aimed to introduce the children to library resources, promote moral value, enhance creativity, language development, and instill a love for reading.
