The red carpet was rolled out and a warm welcome by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur was extended for our kababayans coming home for the Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 with the An Evening with the Balikbayans. The event was highlighted by the Investiture of the Miss Ilocos Surian Association of Hawaii and her Royal continue reading : Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 Evening with the Balikbayans.
