A gift to the people – Ilocos Sur Festival 2025, the Grandest of Celebrations was officially opened by Governor Jerry Singson.

The magnificent light artist Raphael Dela Cruz illuminated the program with his obra maestra featuring the heritage, tradition, and vibrant culture of ONE Ilocos Sur.

Uno was also introduced, the official mascott of One Ilocos Sur – a representation of the heritage that encapsulates inclusivity, resilience and unity.

Everyone was off their seats as they marvelled at the video mapping display, followed by a magnificent fireworks display that left everyone in awe.

Asia’s Vocal Supreme Katrina Velarde set the tone of the night as she serenaded the public with her intense voice.
