Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 – The Grandest of Celebrations commenced with Concelebrated Mass and Los Patrones Procession this 28 January 2025.

This is a yearly religious celebration for the success of the Ilocos Sur Festival and it also highlights the importance of gratitude and unity in the province.
