Governor Jerry Singson attended the Pinas-Saya ALL Caravan led by ALLTV2 Brand Ambassador Congresswoman Camille Villar at Brgy. IX, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur this 23 January 2025. SPM Victor Singson, Vigan City Vice Mayor Randy Singson, and City Councilor Janina Fariñas also attended the caravan.
