The Public Safety Committee of the Ilocos Sur Festival presented the comprehensive safety plan, designed to protect and enhance the well-being of the community during the 18-day event.

Said meeting was led by PDRRM Officer Rhon Arquelada, the Vice Chair of the Committee, and was attended by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, PNP, BFP, and PHO.
