Governor Jerry Singson attended the Vigan City – Partners Appreciation Night at the Vigan Convention Center last 21 January 2025. The event is part of the Vigan City Fiesta and Longganisa Festival 2025.
Public Safety Committee of the Ilocos Sur Festival
The Public Safety Committee of the Ilocos Sur Festival presented the comprehensive safety plan, designed to protect and enhance the well-being of the community during the 18-day event. Said meeting was led by PDRRM Officer Rhon Arquelada, the Vice Chair of the Committee, and was attended by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, PNP, BFP, and PHO.
