“Together as ONE province, we will observe the grandest event— our 18-day gift to the people of llocos Sur and visiting tourists alike. This is llocos Sur Festival 2025—the Grandest of Celebrations,” said Governor Jerry Singson as he officially launched the province’s long-awaited festival.

It was witnessed by the PGIS employees and members of the media during the regular flag raising ceremony this 20 January 2025.
