With renewed vigor and dedication to serve and protect, the 2025 New Year’s Call of the Philippine National Police – Ilocos Sur headed by PCOL Darnell Dulnuan and the different Chiefs of Police to Governor Jerry Singson was held this 17 January 2025 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The traditional New Year’s Call symbolizes unity, respect, and collaboration between the government and law enforcement. This also serves as a platform for strengthening trust and fostering a collective vision for progress and development in the Ilocos Sur.

DILG Provincial Director Randy Dela Rosa also attended the event.
