From 54 aspirants down to 40 official candidates for the first-ever Mister Ilocos Sur 2025 stood out and conquered the stage.

The panel of judges during the screening were Mr. Oreo Quiñola, Louis Pe Benito, and Zhanisse Angel Guevara Pagatpatan.

Schedule for pre-pageant will be on 1 February while the coronation night is on 10 February 2025.
