Governor Jerry Singson once again provided access to health care through the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan in San Esteban, Ilocos Sur in time of their town fiesta.

The caravan provided direct medical treatment, free medicines and assistive devices to the residents.

Food packs were also given along with gifts for the children distributed by the Deo Kid Foundation.
