A spectacular display of lights and designs of lanterns from the seven contenders of the Ilocos Sur Lantern Parade gave the people a joyful and colorful spirit of the season.

Ilocos Sur Community College is again the Champion for the 2024 Ilocos Sur Lantern Parade.

Other awards were garnered by the following:

2nd Place: ISPSC Main Campus

3rd Place: ISPSC Tagudin Campus

4th Place: University of Northern Philippines

5th Place: St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur
