Governor Jerry Singson thru Mr. Jester Singson attended the Christmas Tree and Gazebo Lighting of the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang last 11 December 2024.

The hospital was filled with warmth and joy when it was lit up with festive lights.
