The Biggest Human Rights Festival is coming to Ilocos Sur!
The UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth Philippines (UN SDSN Youth PH) together with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur brings Harmony for Humanity: Cultural Festivals on Human Rights of the Human Rights Archipelago Program (HARAP), in partnership with the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) through its Governance in Justice Program (GOJUST), and funded by the European Union (EU) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
Harmony for Humanity: Human Rights Youth Festival is composed of a series of half-day cultural festivals on human rights, celebrating the local efforts of the youth population in promoting, advocating, and embodying principles and values of human and gender rights.
