Residents of Sto. Domingo availed the free basic health services brought by the One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan this 22 November 2024. PGIS staged the ONE Kabuhayan
The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur staged the ONE Kabuhayan (Oportunidad, Negosyo, at Empleyo) through Bigasan Project for the 35 beneficiaries composed of PWDs, Families of PDLs, Displaced OFWs, Solo Parents, and Senior Citizens. Beneficiaries received 12 sacks of 25 kilos rice, weighing scale, scooper, calculator, and assorted sando bags.
