Political Counsellor of the British Embassy Mr. Andrew Bowes was impressed with the One Ilocos Sur 10-Point Agenda of Governor Jerry Singson presented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda specially the Resiliency Amid Adversities, an important component for the people of the province to easily cope up with the challenges.

Governor Jerry Singson, along with the Administrator, Atty. Jannah Singson and Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya showed the utmost Filipino hospitality during a dinner at the heart of Calle Crisologo, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

With the visit, the Counsellor and the Governor is eyeing for Ilocos Sur-British ties in the future.
