1,338 farmers who are covered by agricultural insurance became beneficiaries of the financial assistance through the Phillipine Crop Insurance Corporation. Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Leopoldo Gironella, Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, Constante Benzon, and Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation Regional Manager Raul Servito took part during the distribution.
