A total of 1,523 children of the Child Development Centers in the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur were beneficiaries of the Distribution of Nutritional Food Packages from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

2,000 parents of CDC children also received financial assistance through the Department of Interior and Local Government in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

The Supplementary Feeding Program is part of the provincial government’s contribution to the Early Childhood Care and Development program.

Governor Jerry Singson along with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ronnie Rapanut, Benjamin Maggay, Third Ranches, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer Charity Ubilas and DILG Ilocos Sur LGOO VI Francis Jayson Raquel attended the distribution.
