PGIS Policy Strategist and UNP Summa Cum Laude graduate Kayla Queddeng led the 610 provincial scholars in the Awarding of Incentives by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur this 16 November 2024.

“The Provincial Government may have done its part to us students but you can guarantee that PGIS will always look out to the future of its people, including us scholars. And just like how our provincial hymn goes, may we always treasure and cherish forever the glory of the province; the place we call our own, our home – Ilocos Sur,” said Queddeng in her Message of Gratitude.
