A Governor’s Night was hosted by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in celebration of the 10th National Carabao Conference held last 14 November 2024 at the NSCC Hotel, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by SPM Third Ranches, Department of Agriculture Philippine Carabao Center Executive Director Dr. Liza Battad, NSCC Chief Executive Officer Dr. Divina Quemi witnessed the performances played by the different farmer representatives during the Farmers Got Talent.
