The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur formally opened the Kapitolympics 2024 with a parade participated by the players of the eight participating teams.

This sporting event will foster unity, collaboration, and team spirit among employees of the PGIS.

The opening program was attended by Governor Jerry Singson represented by Mr. Jester Singson along with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, Victor Singson and Atty. Jannah Singson.
