The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur awarded the winners of the 2024 Halloween Office Decorating Contest this 4 November 2024 during the regular flag raising ceremony at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Winners are as follows:

Best PGIS Halloween Office – Sangguniang Panlalawigan Secretariat

1st Runner Up – Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office

2nd Runner Up – Provincial Health Office

3rd Runner Up – Provincial Engineer’s Office

4th Runner Up – Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang
