Judges and viewers cringed on the halloween decorations and costumes of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur’s offices and employees during the judging of Haloween Office Decorationg Contest 2024.

Employees played different mythical characters such as dracula, encanto, white lady, pugot ulo, tiyanak, kapre and manananggal.
