Hot meals were served by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur to the affected families of Brgy. Capangpangan, Vigan City, Brgy. Cabalanggan, Bantay, San Vicente and Sta. Catalina, who are temporarily staying in evacuation centers due to the impact of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.
