Governor Jerry Singson’s goal to provide equitable, efficient, and effective health care services, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted the One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan in the municipality of Santiago last 18 October 2024. The mission includes provision of medical consultation, minor surgery, dental, medicines, and reading glasses.
