A historic moment for the municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur with the groundbreaking of a tourism marker project at Brgy. Quinarayan, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur last 4 October 2024.

Narvacan Mayor Pablito Sanidad Sr. thanked Governor Jerry Singson who played a pivotal role in bringing the vision to life. “Your dedication reminds us that when we are one for a common purpose, there is nothing we cannot accomplish,” he said.

“This monument will serve as a reminder to us all that even in the face of adversity, we are capable of standing together as one. It will stand for the resilience of the human spirit, and for our collective strength to rise above our differences, and find common ground.”, the Governor during his speech.

SPM Gina Cordero and Mr. Charles Singson also attended the ground breaking ceremony.
