Members of the Regional Development Council-1 attended the 3rd Quarter Full Council Meeting for 2024 at the Vigan Convention Center, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur last September 25, 2024.

Participants were convened to discuss priority projects and programs that will underscore development in the region.
