The office of Congresswoman Richelle Singson in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development distributed government aid to 500 beneficiaries of the Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) in the municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur this 20 September 2024.

The AKAP aims to protect minimum wage earners from the effects of high inflation. AKAP beneficiaries received P3,000.00 each.

Governor Jerry Singson through Atty. Jannah Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Ben Maggay, and Quirino Mayor Allen Nimo Jr. joined in the distribution of assistance.
