Around 600 youth of Ilocos Sur joined this year’s ANNAK Congress by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Panlalawigang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan ng Ilocos Sur and the A.N.N.A.K Council led by PPSK President Victor Singson.

The youth participated in various seminars, engaged in the different activities fostering leadership, collaboration, and growth to prepare themselves as future leaders. Governor Jerry Singson took part in this event.
