The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted its PAMMADAYAW this 15 September 2024 at the Vigan Convention Center and acknowledged every local government, every national government agency, every civil society organization and everyone who partnered in its vision of ONE Ilocos Sur in line with the Ilocos Sur Tourism Festival 2024 celebration.

Governor Jerry Singson in his message reminisced his journey in serving the people and in developing the province, especially in advancing the tourism blueprint.

He thanked his principal consultant Dr. Aser Javier for his assistance in crafting the Provincial Tourism Development Plan 2025-2030.

After some thorough visitations to the cities and municipalities of the province and listen to their priorities, the PGIS had already defined its own tourism blueprint.

“Targeting before the end of the year, we shall enter into 2025 complete with comprehensive plans. The very first province in the entire Philippines proud to have this completed 35 Tourism Development Plans.” A part of the Governor’s message.

LMP Emeritus President and Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, Congressman Ronald Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, sangguniang panlalawigan members and local chief executives graced the event.
