The RA 7171 An Act of Four Scenes Photo Exhibit was installed during the Pammadayaw: The Ilocos Sur Tourism Stakeholders’ Night this 15 September 2024.

This served as an appreciation to Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson for his significant role in transforming Ilocos Sur as ONE Great Province.

PGIS also distributed the Ilocos Sur: My Tobacco Province coffee table book to the different schools of the province.

The book along with the exhibit reflected the past years’ success while envisioning a brighter future for Ilocos Sur rooted in the enactment of RA 7171.
