The Joint Community Service, a five-day Outreach Program of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur for PWDs was conducted in the municipality of Suyo this 9-13 September 2024.

The program catered dental checkups, scholarship program awareness, emergency preparedness lectures, and livelihood training to PWDs in the municipality of Alilem, Quirino, Suyo, Sugpon, Gregorio Del Pilar, Cervantes and Sigay.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Mr. Jester Singson, Suyo Mayor Mario Subagan, Provincial Education and Scholarship Affairs Officer Sydney Sinohin, and Provincial Disability Affairs Officer Gioia Torres attended the first day of the event.
