The Ilocos Sur Medical Society conducted a Screening-Treatment-Assistance-Restoration (STAR) Project for Cancer in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur at the Ilocos Sur District Hospital Magsingal this 10 September 2024. The ISMS shared this unique program as their way of giving back to the community and to help cancer patients.
