The month-long celebration of the Ilocos Sur Tourism Festival kicked-off with a grand parade participated by the different departments of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and State University College (SUC) students.

Celebration has continued with the opening of the One Ilocos Sur Tourism Trade Fair, which features local delicacies and products from the different cities/municipalities of the province.

The Tour Guiding competition among tourism-related students was an avenue to sustain the province’s rich history.

In addition, the Quiz Bee enabled contestants to appreciate treasures of the past.
