The Office of the Ilocos Sur First District Representative Ronald Singson in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development distributed financial assistance to senior high school students under the Tulong Eskwela Program (TEP) and to Vigan Cucheros under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.

Each beneficiary received P3,000 for their food and school allowance.

Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson represented by Vice Mayor Randy Singson, and Vigan City Board Members were also present at the distribution.
