The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru the Provincial Population Office is conducting a three-day Training on KAkibin a Talken iti Responsibilidad ken Obligasyon iti PAmilya (KATROPA) to the selected Philipine National Police Advocates.

KATROPA is a movement that aims to mold and mobilize males to become better individuals, responsible partners in family planning, responsible parenting as well as in community development activities. The trained PNP personnel will soon become promoters in cascading the program to the different LGUs of the province.
