To further enhance the humanitarian efforts for the people of Ilocos Sur, Governor Jerry Singson and Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Sur BOD Chairman Atty. Carmelita P. Crisologo formally signed a Deed of Confirmation of the Donation of a Parcel of Land for the Philippine Red Cross this 29 August 2024. The donated lot is located at Brgy. III, Vigan City containing an area of 590 square meters.

The signing was a product of a valuable partnership forged through the years, and a part of the priority program of the Governor to better equip and capacitate the health institution’s response capabilities in rendering immediate, pro-active and constituent-centered delivery of necessary public services across the province.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Third Ranches, Board of Director Lenita Parto, PRC Ilocos Sur Chapter Administrator Veronica Tactay, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Dr. Kristen Benedict Figueres witnessed the ceremonial signing.
